Responsibilities

• Greet customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact with the facility.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence and direct to proper departments.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and input data into accounting systems; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
