Crash Champions is hiring to expand its customer-facing team at multiple locations across the United States. The role focuses on greeting customers promptly, handling calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence, while supporting General Managers and Service Advisors with clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Effectively manage incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing to the right person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems and balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
