Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and help customers with questions or concerns.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries.
• Provide customers with information about products and services.
• Process, place and approve orders.
• Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals.
• Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing.
• Reach out to customers to obtain any missing orders to ensure they are processed before the deadline.
• Communicate with Vendors.
• Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions.
• Run reporting as requested.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager.
