You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, solid communication skills, basic math, and a reliable, engaging personality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the fabrication branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
