Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for internal and external customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism.

You will work with Operations and Sales to quote, track orders, maintain customer data, and ensure timely, accurate service while promoting safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree in Business or related field required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, etc.
• Provide timely and accurate information on orders, statuses, and product knowledge.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor as directed.
• Review and maintain customer database with account information, statuses, orders, and lead times.
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on quotes and order status.
• Promote a safe workplace by following safety rules and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Education

Associates' Degree in Business and/or Related Field

2+ years of Customer Service experience in manufacturing or construction
