Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years industrial inside sales/customer service experience in safety or related field.
• 2+ years outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; NAVISION ERP knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a functional knowledge of Company products and services.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining an accurate account of customer interactions.
• Direct interaction and first point of contact with customers.
• Utilize resources to reach prospects and turn them into customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls; process Quotes and Orders promptly.
• Expedite all Distribution open Sales Orders.
• Assist in covering breaks, lunches, and vacations for the receptionist.
• Keep updated client information; build relationships and meet needs promptly.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
