Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support.

The CSR will handle orders, changes, and returns, work with Operations and Sales on quotes, and maintain accurate customer data. A background in manufacturing or construction CS plus an Associates degree is preferred. Excellent communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree required.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience in manufacturing or construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, etc.
• Provide timely info on orders, statuses, and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Resolve complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor and Sales representatives.
• Maintain customer database with account info, statuses, orders, and lead times.
• Provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Promote safety by following rules and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as directed.
