NSI Industries in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing & Distribution) to deliver responsive, high-quality support to distributor customers across the Carolinas. You will respond to inquiries, quote items, process orders, and resolve issues with accuracy.

The role requires 2–4+ years in manufacturing or distribution customer service, proficiency with CRM/ERP tools (NetSuite a plus), and strong communication.

This position is part of a dynamic sales team supporting distributor customers across the Carolinas. It's a great opportunity to grow your experience in customer support, account management, and product support. You'll be the frontline connection for our distributor customers - responding to inquiries, partnering with the quoting team, processing orders, and resolving issues with accuracy and care. You'll bring strong technical aptitude and the desire to learn new programs and products; experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and will bring excellent communication skills. You're customer-focused and solution-driven, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively at all levels, internally and externally. Reliability and follow-through are essential in this critical support role.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4+ years in customer service within manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Technical proficiency: Comfort with CRM/ERP tools; experience with EDI/VMI, RMA processes, and NetSuite is a plus.
