Job summary

Fantastic Finishes, a premier OEM-certified luxury collision repair facility in West Palm Beach, seeks a Customer Service Representative who excels at building relationships and delivering white-glove service. You will be the first and last impression, handling inquiries, scheduling repairs, and guiding customers through the process with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in difficult conversations.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Answer calls and emails, providing exceptional service.
• Schedule repair appointments and coordinate drop-offs/deliveries.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate status updates.
• Coordinate rental vehicles and logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, insurers, and partners.
• Review orders and documentation for accuracy.
• Process payments and delivery paperwork.
• Maintain customer files and CCC ONE documentation.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception.
