Job summary

Fantastic Finishes, part of the Collision Partners Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver white-glove service in a luxury collision repair facility. You will be the first and last impression, building relationships, coordinating appointments, and guiding customers through repairs with attention to detail.

The role is in-person, requires organization and calm communication, and involves navigating difficult conversations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in automotive/collision repair.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with calm, empathetic approach.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE or similar software preferred; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Answer calls and emails; schedule repair appointments and coordinate deliveries.
• Guide customers through repair process and provide status updates.
• Coordinate rental vehicles and communicate delays or changes clearly.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and insurers to ensure a smooth repair.
• Process payments and complete vehicle delivery paperwork; maintain files.
