Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner; resolve inquiries, billing questions and schedule service.
• High volume outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Update customer account information; may handle daily reporting, accounts payable, HR paperwork, payroll processing, etc.
