Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for a part-time, on-site role. You will assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support and cross-train to operate the cash register as needed.

You will receive and stock merchandise, process freight, keep the store clean, and ensure a positive, safe environment with friendly customer interactions. Prior retail service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform daily front-end duties as needed.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed and keep areas neat and presentable.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with professional customer interactions.
• Handle sales transactions and protect cash and assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
