Job summary

Brady Corp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Electromark team. This role handles new and existing customers with service related to order entry, quoting, service requests and complaints while ensuring compliance with SOX and ISO standards to drive a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end customer interactions, product knowledge maintenance, problem solving, and collaboration across departments to sustain revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (phone or email) from start to finish including consultation, quotation, order management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Maintain a working knowledge of all Brady Electromark products and major product lines to properly advise customers
• Identify problems and issues in straightforward situations, assess using standard procedures, and make sound decisions
• Develop relationships with customers and use product and process knowledge to provide an unrivaled customer experience
• Understand and contribute to company goals by initiating ideas and demonstrating decision-making skills
• Provide customers product and service information and identify application solutions to maintain revenue streams from customer relationships
• Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
• Involved in process improvement through collaboration with peers, inter-company departments, and leadership
