• As the voice of Right Way Garage Doors, you’ll support customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide exceptional service with empathy and a positive attitude.
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Communicate across channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for customers.
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience.
