Job summary

Rightway Garage Doors in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice for customers across phone, email and chat. You’ll deliver empathetic, professional support and help resolve issues quickly, contributing to a positive service experience.

This hourly role offers growth within a tight-knit team, training on our service offerings, and opportunities to advance as we expand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
