What You’ll Be Doing:

As the voice of Right Way Garage Doors, you'll support customers by phone, email, and chat - creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency

Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates

Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer

Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience

Learn our offerings inside and out - becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource

What We're Looking For:

1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we'll train the right person!)
