Job summary

Lowe’s is looking for a Customer Service Associate in Gordonsville to welcome customers, guide them to the right products, and support home improvement needs. You will interact with customers daily, stock shelves, and help with orders while maintaining high service standards.

The role supports flexible, part-time schedules with benefits including health options, tuition assistance, and a company 401(k) plan. Training across departments is available to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition/subtraction)
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, plumbing, etc.)
• Assist at checkout and guide customers through shopping
• Perform other duties as assigned
