AbbVie, in the Aesthetics and Consumables division, seeks a Customer Experience Representative to support order placement and inquiries from healthcare providers and internal teams.

As a CXR, you will handle 50–100 calls daily, process orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure timely, accurate transactions while delivering a professional customer experience. Requires 1+ year in customer service and MS Office proficiency; associate degree or equivalent.

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience working with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50–100 call interactions per day including inbound/outbound calls.
