Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics unit is seeking Customer Experience Representatives to handle inbound/outbound calls, process orders, and resolve inquiries for the Aesthetics and Consumables department. You’ll be the first line in servicing health care providers, internal sales, and admin staff.

Experience in customer service and MS Office is preferred. The role offers benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan, with opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
• Experience working with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills.
• Associate Degree OR High School Diploma and equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50-100 call interactions per day including inbound and outbound calls.
• Use critical thinking to resolve inquiries to meet service levels.
• Partner with sales and other operational departments to provide exceptional customer service within designated service levels to complete order transactions and other informational call follow up.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience, while acting in a professional and courteous manner.
