Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division in Austin, TX seeks a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to support the Aesthetics and Consumables team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from health care providers, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure timely shipping and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Experience with MS Office and basic CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to place orders and provide status updates.
• Resolve issues to prevent order delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to complete transactions and follow up as needed.
