Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division seeks a Customer Experience Representative I to support CX loyalty and web services. You will assist physicians and staff with portal navigation, onboarding, and eCommerce platform use, ensuring smooth access to Direct and related services.

You will act as a liaison between customers and IT, proactively communicating benefits and best practices while delivering timely, clear resolutions and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to physicians, nurses, and staff regarding Allergan’s websites.
• Assist field reps with onboarding and registration for our eCommerce platform.
• Troubleshoot eCommerce issues and guide users to resolution.
• Serve as liaison between customers and IT teams.
• Highlight benefits of programs and maximize value across sites.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical support requests from Sales Representatives.
• Communicate status, steps, and timelines clearly to end users.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Follow SOPs, SLAs, and security/compliance requirements.
