HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (Administrative) to support customers with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.

You will handle inquiries, schedule services, process payments, and maintain accurate records to ensure a delightful experience. The role emphasizes courteous communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.
• Entry level skill on use of company telephone features and how to use them.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that affect the customer's likelihood to continue to use and buy services from HomeTeam Pest Defense.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule service and provide closure for customers.
• Interact with customers/prospects by scheduling various pest and builder related services using the Route Point software.
• Collect and reconcile payments received by technicians.
