Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred).
• Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in highly competitive environment a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales and service opportunities.
• Update and maintain customer accounts in the systems.
• Process billing payments and daily paperwork related to driver orders.
• Provide timely information on order status and resolve customer issues.
