Regal Plastic in Grimes, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of the company, delivering an exceptional customer experience daily.

You will handle sales support for existing accounts, craft bids and quotes, and coordinate with senior management on order status and customer concerns. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative plastics environment.
