Job summary

Key Cooperative in Story City, IA is hiring a Grain Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle inbound deliveries, manage walk-in and call-in traffic, and collaborate with other locations to deliver superior customer experiences.

You’ll weigh and grade grain, assist with producer accounting and settlements, and respond promptly to calls and messages. We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to work longer hours as necessary.
• Outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details.
• Positive attitude with customers and employees while exhibiting good customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments at Nevada or other specified locations as required.
• Properly weigh and grade grain deliveries.
• Ensure the scale and testing equipment remains in tolerance and within regulatory compliance.
• Assist with producer grain accounting, settlements and customer orders at the specified location.
• Efficiently receive inbound deliveries, manage walk-in and call-in business.
• Promptly answer all phone calls, voicemails and electronic communication.
