Job summary

Harbor Wholesale is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite. You will communicate with customers by phone or email to provide product information, take or cancel orders, and handle complaints. The role requires experience in a computerized environment and a Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years high-volume customer service in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders and inquiries via phone or email.
• Enter data and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Resolve issues and refer to supervisor as needed.
• Coordinate with transportation for shipping details.
• Collaborate with team to ensure order accuracy.
• Respond to sales inquiries with product information.
