Cape Shore, located in Yarmouth, ME, seeks an on-site Customer Service Representative to support sales reps and wholesale customers by phone and email. You will process orders, credits, exchanges, accept payments, and resolve issues promptly.

Strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential, with a supportive team and benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and sick/PTO time.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of data entry accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a comfort level and ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to work independently.
• The Customer Service team members are expected to demonstrate exceptional product and market knowledge.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but we will train the right individual.
