Responsibilities

• Deliver an unbeatable customer experience — that's the #1 priority.
• Answer phones and emails, route calls to the right person.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status by text, email, and phone.
• Log updates in our management system and coordinate with the Production Manager.
• Update rental car companies on vehicle status via online portals.
• Enter vehicle data for OEM partners through their online portals.
• Handle administrative tasks: copying, scanning, and saving files.
• Generate reports for management.
