B Street Collision Center is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Overland Park, KS. You will greet customers, route inquiries to the right staff, schedule appointments, and update customers on vehicle progress. You’ll also handle payments and a range of admin tasks while maintaining a helpful, professional demeanor.

• Greet customers

• Working behind a computer for an extended period of time and occasional need to leave desk to complete administrative tasks.
• Computer savvy
• Able to prioritize and complete tasks
