Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our customer experience. You will explain the repair process, assist with insurance information, and coordinate rental cars and tow services to provide one-stop service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate rental cars and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Support customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments and capture rates for estimates and appointments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Reconcile invoices with payables and manage DRP logs daily.
