British Swim School is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Site Supervisor) to greet families, answer questions, and support front desk operations at our swim school. The role interfaces with instructors and managers to ensure smooth lessons and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with account inquiries, helping with lessons, staffing schedules, posting media, and monitoring water chemistry and temperatures to ensure safety and quality.»

Responsibilities

• Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
• Answering customers' questions about their account, their child’s progress, or about the program, also handle call center.
• Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
• Manage employee schedules and track their attendance.
• Post media content and monitor social media platforms.
• Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
