Berlin City Toyota is seeking a friendly Customer Relations Associate to be the face and voice of the dealership. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, and guide customers through their visit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

No automotive experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. The role includes scheduling, CRM usage, and ongoing opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, receptionist, or administrative roles is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and connect callers to the appropriate department.
• Create positive first impressions reflecting the dealership's commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers by providing information and guiding them through the dealership experience.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain relationships.
• Communicate with internet customers via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Support sales, service, and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.
