Job summary

Berlin City Toyota in Portland, ME is seeking a friendly Customer Relations Associate to be the face and voice of the dealership. You will welcome guests, answer calls, share information, and help customers navigate their visit with warmth and professionalism.

The position includes training, scheduling service appointments, CRM updates, and collaboration with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a regular Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately.
• Provide information and assist customers to navigate their dealership experience.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Support sales, service, and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
