Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls to the correct department
• Create positive first impressions reflecting Berlin City Toyota’s commitment to service
• Provide information and guidance to customers about dealership processes
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service team
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain relationships
• Communicate with internet customers via phone, text, or email
• Maintain accurate CRM records for follow-up and communication
• Support sales, service, and administrative teams with clerical tasks
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
