Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and contribute to center success.
• Work with customers via email, phone, in-person and on-site visits.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
