Job summary

FASTSIGNS #400201 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers at our FASTSIGNS Center. You will learn to prepare estimates, handle work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders while engaging with customers through email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong listening/communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and attentive to relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work.
• Design skills a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support business and marketing plans.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person, and on-site visits; build long-term relationships.
