Job summary

FASTSIGNS #20108 is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role offers ongoing training and opportunities for growth within the center.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn with the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Work with customers via email, telephone, in-person and on-site at their business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
