Classic Collision, a nationwide auto body repair company, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX. The CSR is the first impression of the customer experience, guiding clients through the repair and claim process and coordinating between customers, shops, and insurers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes, including insurance claims.
• Know insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by service advisor or backup.
• Assist in customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and appointment capture.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain customer waiting area and ensure comfort items are stocked.
• Perform other duties as required.
