Enterprise Mobility, operator of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative in Madison, Wisconsin. You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle options, process reservations, and support the rental journey from start to finish.

The position pays $18 per hour with potential bonuses and includes benefits such as PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching profit sharing, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Answer reservations and rate quote questions and resolve inquiries.
• Handle callback management and miscellaneous calls.
• Assist in assessing rental condition upon return.
• Notify management of known customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue training and development opportunities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
