Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining terms, offering optional products, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate rental documentation for smooth pickups and returns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer additional services and products to meet customer needs.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries via phone or in person.
• Maintain accurate documentation during the rental process and return.
