Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit offerings.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
