Job summary

Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them learn about baby essentials, and assist with school-prep needs, while supporting a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers at once.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit options.
• Minimize store loss through excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
