Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel options to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale / register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean selling environment.
