You will assist with product features, promotions, and brand loyalty programs while delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy retail setting. You will balance multiple customers, process POS transactions, and maintain store presentation, with opportunities for career growth and benefits such as staff discounts and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
