Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will greet customers warmly, help them discover baby essentials, and support them through their parenting journey in a busy, inclusive retail environment.

You will resolve issues, explain promotions and loyalty programs, and assist with omnichannel orders. This role requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing a positive shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and keeping a safe, clean store.
