Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and support skills to assist customers and process inquiries and orders.
• Experience or ability to maintain customer experience and satisfaction for repeat business.
• Professional phone etiquette for handling incoming calls and representing the brand.
• Clear verbal and written communication with basic computer and POS proficiency; attention to detail in order entry.
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, multi-task, and collaborate in retail/production.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
