Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and coordinate service at our Knoxville shop. You will support collision estimators, handle vehicle drop-offs, map/mark vehicles, photograph items, and arrange transportation when needed.

You will also prepare paperwork, conduct customer deliveries, and communicate with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure smooth, accurate repairs. Equal opportunity employer; eligibility to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist collision estimators by handling drop-offs and mapping/marking vehicles.
• Photograph vehicles and arrange customer transportation as needed.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
