Job summary

Caliber Collision Odessa is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photography, and coordinate transportation for customers.

The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. This position emphasizes friendly, world-class service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
