Job summary

Caliber Collision in Glenolden is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the repair process. You will coordinate with estimators, handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation and prepare paperwork to support timely repairs.

You will deliver world-class customer service while following Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Assist collision estimators by handling drop-offs and arranging transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and coordinate with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth repairs and adherence to procedures.
