Job summary

Caliber Collision in Macon, GA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine needs, and provide guidance and assistance, coordinating with Collision Estimators as needed.

You will handle drop-offs, map/mark, photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs; respond with guidance and assistance
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards
